Join the artist Leon Patchett for a playful introduction into hand-building clay techniques. Paying homage to Helmsdale’s favourite chippy La Mirage, and the wee blighter midgies which can ruin a day’s walk in the Strath, we’ll be producing models and sculptures of midgies and chips using slabbing, press moulding and modelling techniques.
