Photographing objects is not an easy task. Lighting, set-up and position need to be carefully considered. Rebecca Marr will explain what a good picture is and how to take it. She will be sharing tips and tricks from her long experience.
Rebecca Marr is a photographic artist living in Orkney. She studied photography at Napier University in Edinburgh, graduating in 1992. Her first camera was a Nikkormat from her Grandfather. Later she was given her Great Uncle’s Mamiya medium format which she is still using today. Rebecca has been advising on object photography in different museums and arts centres.
