Timespan’s new Film & Book Club, in collaboration with Lyth Arts Centre. This season will introduce foundational texts from the Black canon to learn from global histories of anti-imperialist resistance and collectively formulate strategies of solidarity and action. The films will include artist moving image works, documentaries and feature films which represent the international struggle against colonialism, institutional racism and white supremacy. Each session will be led by activists, writers and filmmakers who are actively organising against racism.
